Thanks to the agreement signed this week between the City of Cehegín and Afemnor, Association of Relatives and People with Mental Illness of the Northwest, users of this group will be able to participate voluntarily in leisure activities promoted by the City Council, actions that have as a consequence the Knowledge of Mental Health and the benefits of this informative work, both in the person who receives it and in society as a whole.This was signed this week by the Mayor of Cehegín, Alicia del Amor Galo, and the President of Afemnor, Martín García Romera.In this way, this association will collaborate voluntarily in the different activities that both parties deem appropriate, without profit to be received.
In all that this organism participates, it will contribute people who generate knowledge in the world of leisure and art.The mayor has stated that this agreement "is a commitment of the Government Team for the integration into society of people with mental illness, and this group is an example to follow, because it has spent years promoting the socio-labor integration of people with disability"
