Cehegín City Council, the bullfighting company and shows, and after making sure that we can not guarantee the execution of the programmed events, the Fiestas Commission of Canara has unanimously decided to suspend the Fiestas in Honor of the Virgen de la Peña 2020.In the same way that we have made this difficult decision, all the members of the commission have agreed to continue one more year in order to organize the Fiestas de Canara 2021.Arrived the month of August, and depending on the situation at that time, we will try to carry out an act of devotion to our employer, provided that it is endorsed by the sanitary measures that are required at that time.We ask for understanding of this decision and we encourage all of you to continue collaborating with us in all the activities that we can carry out during the next year, so that the festivities of 2021 are remembered as the festivities in which the people of Canara once again enjoyed their traditions with enthusiasm and devotion ”.
