The Forest Fire Defense Unit of the General Directorate of the Natural Environment (DGMN) deployed yesterday to Cehegín to proceed with its cleaning and disinfection.

This new disinfection is carried out in our locality after the request made, days ago, by our Mayor, Alicia del Amor, to the Regional Government and falls within the measures approved in the Plan to Combat the Sanitary Emergency caused by # Covid19 by the Municipal Government Team.

Throughout today, seven brigades and 32 personnel have intensified the tasks of cleaning and disinfecting 'sensitive' public spaces, such as the areas surrounding the Health Center, the Residence for the Elderly, the Local Police, Pharmacies, the Lonja Municipal Supermarkets, Public parks, gas stations, common public spaces, among others.
