Tomorrow, Thursday, February 6, the second conference of the "Cehegín Cultural" Conference will be held, organized by the Department of Culture, which Juan Martínez directs.

In this event of culture it is the turn of Concepción Herrero Carretero, Doctor in Art History from the Complutense University of Madrid and Conservator of National Heritage at the Royal Palace of Madrid, who will give the talk, "The collection of tapestries of the Crown of Spain. Formation and Conservation of Textile Heritage ".

Concepción Herrero has curated different exhibitions held in Segovia, Barcelona, ​​Seville, Valencia, Elche, Murcia, Salamanca and Madrid on the tapestry collections of the House of Austria and Bourbon.

Vice President of the Center d'Etude des Textiles Anciens CIETA (Lyon. France) and collaborates in different national and international textile research projects.
