The Councilor for Employment of the City of Cehegín, Juan Guillén, has delivered the Diplomas of Assistance and Use of the training action with Certificate of Professionalism level 2: 'Socio-health care for dependents in social institutions, subsidized by the Regional Employment Service ( SEF), co-financed by the European Social Fund.
Its duration has been 370 hours and 15 students have participated in it.
In the course they have been able to learn different techniques to assist dependent people in the socio-health field in the institution where their performance is developed, applying the strategies designed by the competent interdisciplinary team and the procedures to maintain and improve their personal autonomy and their relations with the environment.
The certificate of professionalism has several units of competence, all in the institutional sphere: prepare and support interventions for the care of dependent people and their environment, and develop interventions for physical, socio-health and psychosocial care.
It also allows occupations or jobs as a caregiver for people with physical, psychological and / or sensory disabilities;
caregiver of dependent people in institutions and gerocultor.
