The mayor of Cehegín, Alicia del Amor, closed on Wednesday the training course in Mediation in which twelve municipal workers participated, including some from the municipalities of Calasparra and Moratalla.
This course has had as a maximum objective to train workers to acquire the necessary knowledge about negotiation and conflict management techniques and the skills necessary to successfully complete mediation processes that can avoid major problems between the residents of the Municipality.
Del Amor, who was accompanied by the Director General of the Public Function of the Region of Murcia, Carmen Mª Zamora Párraga, the Director of the School of Training and Innovation of Public Administration, Isabel Mª Belmonte Martínez, highlighted “the importance of power Acquire this essential training for the resolution of conflicts between individuals, since on a daily basis, both the police officers and the City Council staff have to act in cases of this type â€.
The mayor insisted on "the commitment to the training of municipal staff to offer a better service to our citizens from all areas of the City Council."
"Therefore, he concluded, as the closing of this course, I encourage you all to continue training in these types of subjects, which will undoubtedly result in the benefit of our society and in the prestige for our Institution."
