The Electoral Board of the Zone has imposed a new fine on the mayor of Cehegín, Jose Rafael Rocamora Gabarrón, for violating the Organic Law of Electoral Regime with the publication on the social networks of the City Council of Cehegín, and on its website, of achievements and achievements of the government team, a content prohibited by the regulations in the electoral period, which was denounced by the Popular Party before this body.

In the same way and for the same reasons the Electoral Board has imposed another sanction to the Councilor for Social Services, Antonia Fernández Nieto, who will have to pay another 300 euros for violating the law.

The Judge Instructor of the file affirms that with these publications, prohibited during the electoral period, the government team sought to obtain electoral revenue, and proposed the sanction that has been assumed by the Electoral Board of the Zone in attention to the means used for its disclosure, which facilitates a rapid, immediate and widespread dissemination of the same and the difficulty or rather impossibility in the practice of repairing the infringement caused.

Likewise, it has agreed to order the definitive withdrawal of these publications, at the same time as it economically penalizes José Rafael Rocamora and Antonia Fernández as responsible for the publication, who will have to pay 600 euros.

Since the Popular Party of Cehegín have asked Rocamora once again to "play fair" and have lamented that "despite the fines and sanctions that the justice is imposing not escarmiente and continue to skip the law to the bullfighter and putting the City Council of Cehegín and the cehegineros in evidence ".
