According to the 'popular' cehegineros there are indications that point to that "there is use of related legal persons, with the intention of hiding the reality, that is, that the services have been awarded to the same businessman".

Likewise, "the application of the legally established contracting procedure to favor a direct award in favor of a predetermined company by criteria other than the legal ones is avoided".

According to the Partido Popular de Cehegín "on this occasion we are not talking about reprehensible and very unethical behaviors, which should also have their political responsibilities, such as those of councilman Ismael Abellán in the recording that was made a few months ago where he recognized that he gave the contracts to finger, but of something much more serious, since it is putting on the table the possible commission of a crime ".
