Citizens Cehegín has acted in this question completely outside the principles that he claims to defend, pretending, by means of the denunciation that he presented before the Labor Inspectorate, the placement of municipal personnel "through the back door".
It has not acted in defense of the interests of the citizens of Cehegín, but of those of two concrete people who pretend to be declared municipal workers, without having passed any selection process, and without demonstrating their knowledge or competing with other possible aspirants, that is, , without safeguarding the principles of "equality, merit and ability" of those who have tried so often to be the main defender.
In any case, it should be clear that this is a situation inherited by this Government, which is due to the previous management of the Popular Party government, which in 2006, without any contract, gave the management service of the Municipal Radio " to finger "to these two people, without adjudication process and against the rules that govern in the management of this type of services.
The Law, for obvious reasons, prevents the City Council from declaring the fixity of irregular personnel, which requires a judicial ruling, and from the beginning the current Government has tried to solve this problem, but always safeguarding the legal principles of equality, merit and capacity, and of concurrency, which has not been possible due to irregularities competed by the previous government.
On the other hand, by carrying out an exercise of responsibility in defense of the municipal interests entrusted to the government team, the precise judicial actions have been undertaken in front of the Labor Inspectorate and the General Treasury of the Social Security, to challenge the condition of the pretended workers and the liquidation to the Social Security in amount of 85,000 euros.
