Template Cehegín Local Police attended a course taught at the Center for Public Safety, on 'Prevention of child abuse in the field of Security Forces in the Region of Murcia', with the aim of to know the protocol for action in these cases, as reported by the Councillor for Public Safety, Maria Dolores Carrasco.
The social educator of the Ministry of Health and Social Policy of the Autonomous Community, María Dolores Tudela, has been commissioned to deliver the course with the following objectives: to optimize the focus on children, sensitizing professionals on this issue, see alternatives and strategies to implement risk situations for children and standardize operating procedures with other professionals.
It has taken a special interest in the detection of suspected cases of child abuse in the initial assessment of it and finally to adopt protective measures according to the urgency of the case.
