The Electoral Board of Zone has imposed a fine of 600 euros to the mayor of Cehegín, Jose Rafael Rocamora Gabarrón, for violating the Organic Law of Electoral Regime with the publication on the social networks of the City Council of Cehegín, and on its website, of achievements and accomplishments of the government team, a content prohibited by the regulations in the electoral period, which was denounced by the Popular Party before this body.
The investigating judge of the file has proposed this sanction in attention to the means used for its disclosure, which facilitates a rapid, immediate and widespread dissemination of the same and the difficulty or rather impossibility in the practice of reparation of the infringement caused.
Likewise, it has agreed to order the withdrawal of these publications while at the same time sanctioning José Rafael Rocamora economically as responsible for the publication.
Since the Popular Party of Cehegín have asked Rocamora to "stop cheating" and "use the institutions for their own benefit and your party" because otherwise they will continue to report all irregularities they commit.
Likewise the 'popular' cehegineros have lamented that Cehegín return to be news by a new condemnation to their governors and they have assured that "the coming and going of the city council to the courts, that unfortunately we have lived this legislature, will be finished from next May 26, when Alicia del Amor is the mayor of Cehegín, since she will put the interests of all the Cehegineros before the personal ones or of her own party. "
